We do not offer listing only services. In some of the states we’re in, we can’t legally offer these services, but more importantly, we’ve found that most sellers end up needing much more assistance than these services can provide. With listing only services, generally, you pay an upfront fee for a company to advertise your property on the MLS and other major real estate websites. These companies do not offer any assistance with pricing your property accurately, providing a showing service, negotiating offers, inspections, appraisals, or anything of the other many services that we do. We offer all the services of a traditional real estate agent plus much more, at a fraction of the cost.
Although BlueMatch itself is not an ‘iBuyer’ if this is something you’re interested in, we do work with a variety of iBuyers and can help you find a strong, cash offer for your property. Keep in mind that these services will never give you as much money as selling your property with BlueMatch will. In addition, all of these platforms have fees that are even higher than using a traditional agent. That being said, we understand that some people do want the convenience that services like these offer and are willing to sacrifice some of their equity for that convenience.
